Over the past few weeks, I have been conducting a presentation over human anatomy. Sounds exciting right? To tell you the truth, it is honestly not terrible. So far, I have learned a lot about all sorts of muscles, and the ones you don't even realize you use everyday. It's also amazing to see all of the little parts of the muscular that you would think make no difference in the body, Just look at the arm. The first things that you think of when it comes to muscles of the arm are the triceps, biceps, and the ones in the shoulder like the deltoid. Those are the ones you commonly work out in the gym, and are the most noticeable. But you are not even thinking about muscles in the wrist and elbow. How do you think your arm is able to move? Joints, bones, and muscles all work together to help with movement. You never hear anybody say, "I'm going to work out my brachioradialis today," because one, you really can't work it out, and two, most people have no clue what it is or where it is (located in the elbow/forearm). But from this experiment, I have learned to give these muscles some credit.
